March 22, 2009 Road Rally found 12 teams of 4 members each in Alexa Villas very very busy!

 We waded in country club pools (20 points)

 

One of us fell in with wallet and cell phone complete

(No extra points)

 

 We checked out new construction

 

 

 
We made friends with Starters (10 points) and Gate Guards (5 points) and Village Employees with hats (10 points)

 

 

We posed for pictures inside of, next to and around port-a-pots . . . (10 points) I'd say the people inside should get double points since the actual instructions said "inside" - some of us just couldn't even handle opening the door!

On a chipping green on a driving range (5 points)
 

Standing in front of a "live" band (5 points)
 
 A church in the background (10 points)

 

A picture with a hotdog vendor (5 points)

 

 

We visited Harold Swartz's resting place (20 points)

 

Pictures in front of movie theaters (5 points) and names of celebrities (10 points) and Elvis (20 points)

 

 

 We visited the radio station (10 points) and in Lake Sumter it appears that the broadcaster (who was supposed to be in the picture) was actually "friendly"

 

A fireman in the picture earned (15 points)

 

 

 10 points - library drop off box (whoops-missing team member) 

 

Farm Animal (20 points) . . . Don't you all remember how Lassie lived on a farm?

 

We searched for hidden streets that only exist on the maps (15 points) Oregon Blvd???

 

 outdoor clocks (5 points)

 

We exercised on a bike (5 points) and stood around in a gym (5 points)

 

 

On the dance floor at Katie Belles (10 points)

 

 

A boat in the background earned 5 points (yes, that dot is to a boat!)
