Our next VHA Region 6 and 7 General Meeting is on Monday March 15 at Lake Miona Rec Center beginning at 7 pm. The main topic is one that should have a lot of interest: Community Standards and Deed Compliance. This is of special interest with the changes to the Deed Compliance program north of CR466 and which also could change in CDD 6 next year. Attached is a copy of Janet Tutt's presentation to the VHA last month. I believe the documents could give residents of Alexa a better understanding of our Community Development Districts. Bill Gottschalk I have placed the document Bill is referencing in the PDF form because most computers can open that form of document. If you have trouble opening it, first update your Adobe Reader software. They just upgraded it and you may need to get the latest upgrade (there is a link on the front page of this website and this is a free download) If you are still having problems, call me and we will figure out a way to get a copy to you. Once again it is time for our Lenten Rosary Prayer Group! I would like to invite all Alexa ladies to pray these wonderful meditations on the life of Christ and His Mother. You need not be Catholic to learn how to pray the Rosary. The group will start February 17th (Ash Wednesday) at Janet Malpeli's home and continue every Wednesday at 10 AM until Easter. We had a wonderful group last year. Looking forward to seeing all of you again and many new friends too. Janet |

Could you please ask the Alexa folks if anyone would
like an Alexa flag? We don't know the price yet, it
depends on how many would like flags. Some people
have expressed an interest in a second ordering.
Some didn't get one the first time or have gotten
second carts, or whatever. Also, there are some new
folks.
