Coconut Cove Singapore Room September 5th - 5:00 PM Please bring a dish to share, BYOB and your own table service. We will be learning a new game (cards) Bill and I are calling it Alexa Villas Bridge.

April 3^rd	Sara Kallioinen/	Golf Cart Road Rally to start around 3pm and return by 5 or 5:30 for dinner. Will meet at Coconut and will ask if we can put food in their frig at 2:45pm.
May 1^st	Fred and Linda Meyer	Alexa Version of Kentucky Derby BYOB - best hat contest - Dish to share.

Committee duties: 1 – 2 weeks in advance of event.

Notify everyone 1 – 2 weeks in advance about the event, not just those on email/web either by making a flyer, going door to door, etc. Put names or addresses on the flyers.

Send a note to Mary Gaddis to update the web/or send out email about event

Collect RSVP’s if necessary

Collect monies if necessary - ahead of time

Plan the meal – let everyone know if it’s potluck, appetizers only, soup/salad, or assign a dish to everyone.

Decorate the room if you desire

Inform Coconut if there are any special things you need, a microphone, tables moved or set up differently, etc, etc.
