Weekly I'll inspect the exterior of your house and check each room of your house (always wearing shoe covers) including bathrooms and garage. In addition: 1. Accept deliveries 2. Meet repairmen and wait (up to 30 minutes without additional cost) while they work 3. Plug in, start up and reposition your golf cart 4. Water plants, inside or out, as you instruct 5. Provide transportation to and from Villages Shuttle 6. Check and record home and refrigerator temperature 7. Restock refrigerator with staples before your return 8. Provide weekly e-mail reports on my inspections 9. As long as you remain a customer, your monthly fee ($40.00) will never increase. (I will also allow a 10 % discount to Social-lites Members) 10.If you refer a friend, once they've been a customer for four (4) consecutive months, your next month will be free.
